Joe Is Push Polling?

This is the second report I've heard about possible push-polling today:

Just got a call (noon Friday) purporting to be a survey. Asked how likely I was to vote, then gave a glowing description of how wonderful Lieberman had been, then asked, "if the election were held today, who would you be most likely to vote for, Ned Lamont or Joe Lieberman." The woman didn't say who paid for the call; she seemed pretty new at it, though - stumbling on the script several times. She got off the phone as soon as I said Lamont.

The other report said the person calling identified themself as from "BUTM" and the phone number on caller ID was 785-799-3900. I think it's more likely that it's actually "BVTM"... Check out "The Google" and see what comes up for that number.
Comments:
How come we never hear about what Ned is doing. This should be Joe's blog. Ned barely makes the pages here. Does he actually ever say anything that doesnt include Bush or Lieberman?

OMG joe is using a pollster who....calls people. that bastard.

energybanalist -- get a brain, why don't you? You are getting really tedious. And its, OMG, joe is "paying" a pollster. Probably with money he got from Mel Sembler the child abuser. I'd tell you to go play on Joe's blog, but hey, you can't.

I don't think it is push polling unless they try to pass off bogus information about Lamont in the form of a question.

Unless giving a pitch for a candidate before you spring the question counts.

I think this is last minute voter ID. And not part of the vaunted Bloomberg GOTV juggernaut I guess.

there you go Chaucer another great liberal story. Talked to any of the children Sembler helped. I know, they dont count because...YOU SAY SO. Last I checked, neds list of donors has some frightening people too. Of course not to you, because they like your guy.

It's not just push polling... I received a "ROBO-call for Lieberman" this afternoon.

His doing this is a great tactic... For Lamont. It only annoys people when they get those calls IMHO.

The real issue here with the wall-to-Wall coverage of Joe on Local CT Blogs is the fact that, much like sex sells, bad news is more interesting than good news, and Joe creates alot of his bad press just by being the way he is.

Take it up with your candidate, Doh! Lieberman, if it is really an issue that is important to you.

Just a friendly suggestion, OK? lol

Actually I thought I'd come here to see what Ned's ideas were. Maybe I can find them where? Daily Kos? Thanks for the friendly suggestion though. LOL back at you hun!!
