Marcy Kaptur to Endorse Ned Tomorrow

Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) will be endorsing Ned Lamont tomorrow at noon in New Britain, as well as canvassing the neighborhood with Ned. Spazeboy has the details.
